Yes even I get insecure! This was the hardest video for me to do because I am REALLY putting myself out there for the viewers to scrutinize. In this episode, I will show you EXACTLY what is hiding underneath the tank top as Nate Smith does my body measurements and official weigh in for my cutting that starts today, May 1,2015.
I am not the type of person that even wears tank tops to the gym. I been getting into the habit to kinda do reverse psychology on myself. If I am not happy with what I see then by showing it all the time I will have no choice but to change what I see!! Everyone needs to feel secure with their own body no matter what body type you are, skinny, obese etc. This goes to show that even people that you would think are confident and self assured can actually be insecure so never judge another person by what the look like, race, social status or sexual preference.
